Emilia Gołos is a pianist, improviser, sound artist, composer from Warsaw. Their main focus is improvised and experimental music. Alongside their own artistic projects, they also compose music for theatre productions and interdisciplinary performances. Gołos is active in both the Polish and German improvised music scenes, specializing in extended piano techniques within the context of improvisation. They are a graduate of the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne, Germany.

Their projects range from the fragile, subtly experimental duo Gołos x Jasinska, through compositions for choirs and larger ensembles, a solo project for electronics and voice, and a free-jazz quartet, to the energetic and playful Tropical Soldiers in Paradise, not without excursions into rap and indie pop. Beyond these ongoing projects, they regularly perform improvised concerts in various constellations.

They have performed at festivals including OFF Festival, International Jazz Platform, Stop Over Berlin, Jazz Jantar, and have collaborated with musicians such as Macio Moretti, Grzegorz Tarwid, Quebonafide, Emily Wittbrodt, Marcel Baliński, Natan Kryszk, Thea Soti, Szymon Wójcik, Michał Aftyka, as well as with Chór w Ruchu, Chór Sirenes and Theater Dortmund.
